This policy explains how Twinpix S.R.L.S., the company behind InstantStencil, collects and uses your personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

Data we process
We process your email address, display name, uploaded reference images, billing data (handled by Stripe), and technical logs (IP address, device, timestamps) needed to operate the service.
Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you (account, subscriptions, credits), to comply with legal obligations (invoicing, tax records), and, where applicable, based on your consent (marketing cookies).
Processors and sub-processors
We rely on trusted processors: Supabase for hosting and database, Stripe for payments, and fal.ai for AI image processing. Meta and Pinterest are only activated after you give explicit marketing consent.
International transfers
Some processors may transfer data outside the EU under adequate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 30 days. Account data is kept while your account is active. Deleted accounts keep only anonymized billing records, as required by tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights anytime by writing to support@instantstencil.com.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app. This permanently removes your profile and images; only anonymized billing movements are retained for accounting and tax obligations.
