These Terms govern your use of InstantStencil, a SaaS product for generating tattoo stencils, operated by Twinpix S.R.L.S.
Purpose
InstantStencil lets you turn reference photos into printable tattoo stencils using AI-assisted processing.
Account and email verification
You must create an account with a valid email address, which must be verified before full access is granted.
Prepaid credits
Monthly credits included in a subscription do not roll over and expire at renewal. Credits bought as top-ups are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Credits obtained via kit redemption codes are permanent and never expire. Whenever you use the app, the credit expiring soonest is spent first, so purchased credits stay available longer.
Acceptable use
You may not upload illegal content or third-party images you do not have rights to use. Any misuse of the service may lead to suspension.
Ownership of results
You own the stencils generated from your uploads, subject to the rights you actually hold on the source images.
No artistic guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific artistic outcome; results depend on the quality and content of the uploaded reference.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinpix S.R.L.S. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
